How much does a Henderson public adjuster cost? +
My public adjusting fee is a percentage of what I recover for you: typically 15–25% on residential claims and 10–15% on commercial claims. There is no upfront cost, and if nothing is recovered you owe nothing. The first consultation is always free. Nevada does not set a fee cap, and the fee is always written into the contract before any work starts.
My HOA says the damage is my responsibility. Who actually pays? +
It depends on where the damage is and what the HOA’s master policy and your own policy cover. Condo and townhome owners often fall between the two, especially with a large master-policy deductible. I read both policies and the CC&Rs and work out who owes what.
Is a slab leak covered? +
Often the resulting water damage is covered, and many policies also pay to open the slab or walls to reach the pipe, while excluding the pipe repair itself. Wording varies, so I check your policy before you accept a denial.
Can you help if my claim was already denied? +
Yes. A denial can often be reopened with better evidence, challenged on the policy wording, or taken to appraisal if the dispute is about the amount. The review is free.
Are you licensed in Nevada? +
Yes. Nevada Public Adjuster License #3852853. I am also licensed in California (#6002396).
How quickly can you come out? +
I respond to new inquiries within a few hours. For an active loss, call 702-757-8022 directly.
